In the Bottom 4th, The A’s brought in two (2) runs from a Ramon Laureano triple and Mitch Moreland sac fly to bring in Laureano.
Kyle Tucker hit a sac fly in the Top 7th to bring in Jose Altuve for his 3rd run of the game and the A’s followed with a run (1) in the Bottom 7th and Bottom 8th bringing the game close at 6-5 (Astros).
In the Top 9th, the Astros drove in two (2) runs from a Kyle Tucker single (Altuve scores, Brantley scores), and Alex Bregman scored in a fielding error by first basemen Matt Olson (Bregman scores).

Alex Bregman hit a three-run shot in the third to become the sixth player in Houston history to homer in each of the first two games of the season. The last was Carlos Correa in 2016. Also, Bregman had three RBIs after driving in two runs on Opening Day to become the fifth player (sixth time) in Houston history with multiple-RBI games in each of the first two games of a season.
